The Thurlow family acquired the assets of Woods & Co, a business founded in 1812 in Stowmarket, Suffolk supplying agricultural machinery and wagons back in 1914. We have
re-generated the name in the guise of Woods Asset Finance maintaining our historical links, which are deeply rooted in agriculture. As we navigate our way to 150 years’ trading in 2025, it is only fitting we raise the Woods brand name once again.

Woods Asset Finance, previously TNS Finance, has for many years predominantly funded equipment within the agriculture sector and in an ever-changing commercial market, we recognise that our customers invest in a broad range of assets. Woods Asset Finance is able to provide funding for a wide range of commercial assets regardless of supplier, both new and used.
Thurlow Nunn Group
Established in 1875, Thurlow Nunn Group is a family-owned and managed business in its sixth generation.

Woods Asset Finance is the finance division of the group which also includes Thurlow Nunn car dealership, Thurlow Nunn Standen agricultural dealership, SymAgri precision technology specialists, Specialist Installations Division and Distrigo parts distribution service.

The Thurlow Nunn Group employs more than 575 people, with an annual turnover in excess of £220 million and operates from 17 sites throughout East Anglia.
